The forest of Suriname

Suriname is the most forested country in the world. But the forest is under serious threat - the plants and animals that live there, and the people who live there. Indigenous people and Maroons have lived in the forest for centuries and have a unique relationship with nature, where caring for the forest is self-evident: "We care for the forest, and the forest cares for us." Come and discover the story of Suriname's forest from the perspective of all its inhabitants.

The magical forest comes to life with all the animals that live in the jungle. The lights create the impression of a forest in motion, setting up a scavenger hunt for little ones and leading them to the last animal. Can you spot them all?
